Senior IAM / PAM Security Manager

We are looking for a Senior IAM Permissions Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience, willing to join a dynamic team and participate in strategic projects related to access rights management and compliance.

Your responsibilities

As part of a specialized team of around twenty employees, you will work on identity and permissions governance processes:

• Participate in defining and implementing access rights in new applications

• Organize and lead permissions review campaigns

• Extract data and produce review materials

• Identify toxic combinations and conflicts related to Segregation of Duties (SoD)

• Ensure follow-ups, track actions, and consolidate feedback

• Analyze and address discrepancies found during reviews

• Participate in audits, internal controls, and remediation plans

• Produce monitoring reports and progress indicators

• Work closely with business, technical, and security teams

• 3 to 5 years experience in permissions management, IAM, or identity governance

• Good understanding of access rights management processes and permissions control

• Proven experience in conducting access review campaigns

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, RACF, and databases

• Proficiency in One Identity Manager or an equivalent IGA solution

• Familiarity with CyberArk or a similar PAM solution is a plus

• Understanding of PKI and certificates is appreciated

• Fluent French is essential

• English, German, or Luxembourgish is a bonus

• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
