SOC Engineer (Specialized in Usecase Development) (Ref: 453)

For one of our clients, a bank located in Luxembourg City, we are looking for a SOC engineer, specialized in developing use cases.

Your mission:

• Analyze new components to be monitored by the SOC

• Definition, Implementation, and testing of new SOC detection use cases in SIEM or EDR

• Assist in the analysis of qualified security alerts

Your profile:

• Ability to define and implement SOC detection use cases

• Knowledge in ELK technologies (Security module), Cybereason EDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender

• General knowledge of security tools and systems operation (antivirus, mail gateway, firewall, proxy, windows, linux…)

• Knowledge of tactics and techniques used by attackers (Mitre ATT&CK), as well as knowledge of Netwrix and Cisco Stealthwatch tools are assets, but not prerequisites

• Organizational and writing skills, as well as rigor in work, are prerequisites

• Fluent in French & English
