Senior Test Automation Engineer - Expert in Automation & Software Quality

We are looking for one of our clients, a Senior Test Automation Engineer to work in a complex and demanding environment, with a key role in industrializing testing practices and promoting a culture of quality on a large scale.

🎯 Your missions

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation solutions (SIT, E2E, API).

• Participate in the evolution and optimization of automation frameworks.

• Execute and analyze automated test campaigns with a focus on regression testing.

• Monitor executions and produce associated reports.

• Define and promote automation standards, methods, and best practices.

• Build automation strategies tailored to project needs.

• Conduct POCs to evaluate and validate new solutions.

• Contribute to the industrialization of testing processes and continuous improvement of the Test Factory.

• Support business and project teams in their automation initiatives.

• Train, coach, and upskill Business Analysts, Test Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation.

• Solid mastery of automation solutions and their challenges.

• Proven experience in designing and evolving test frameworks.

• Expertise in one or more tools: Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, UFT or equivalent.

• Good understanding of API, SIT, E2E testing, and regression testing campaigns.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices applied to automated testing.

• Good command of SQL and test data management.

• Experience in coaching, training, and team support.

• Ability to unite teams around a quality and automation vision.
