DATA-oriented Functional Analyst

For one of our public sector clients in Luxembourg, we are looking for a DATA-oriented Functional Analyst.

The main activities of the DATA-oriented Functional Analyst are the analysis, structuring, and enhancement of the data necessary for the solution.

Your mission:

• Participate in the analysis of business processes and the collection of needs in the field of content and information management.

• Contribute to the definition of the solution architecture, data architecture, and infrastructure, in coordination with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.

• Participate in the analysis and modeling of business users' needs.

• Write the data catalog following the model and support defined by the program.

• Contribute to the detailed drafting of functional and technical specifications related to data.

• Develop the data quality testing strategy.

• Ensure the quality of the solution by producing appropriate technical and data documentation.

Expected results:

• Data documentation for business and technical users.

• Detailed description of processes, data flows, business rules, and mockup operations.

• Conceptual data model (CDM).

• Data catalog.

• Transformation flow specifications (Data Mapping).

• Migration concept.

• Data quality testing strategy.

• Document identifying and analyzing difficulties, risks, and uncertainties related to the implementation and deployment of the solution.

• Progress report on activities.
