🎯 Your role

As a Functional IT Project Manager, you will be at the heart of the success of digital projects by ensuring:

✅ Framing and structuring projects
✅ Analysis and formalization of business needs
✅ Definition of objectives, scope, and deliverables
✅ Identification of risks (technical, regulatory, deadlines) and implementation of mitigation plans
✅ Development of business cases and roadmaps
✅ Alignment of various stakeholders (Business, IT, UX, Compliance, Legal)
✅ Communication and reporting to management (steering committees, project monitoring)

👤 Your profile

🎓 Bachelor's degree or higher
📌 Minimum 8 years of experience including 6 years in IT project management / AMOA
🏦 Proven experience in a banking environment and digital transformation

• Mastery of digital concepts and collaborative tools (Office 365)

• Excellent digital culture

• User-centered approaches (UX, Design Thinking, customer journeys)

• Agile methodologies / project management (Scrum, Kanban, Prince2…)
