🎯 Your missions

As a Business Analyst IT, you will be involved in major projects as well as in corrective/evolutive maintenance. Your role will include:

• Collect and analyze the needs of business and IT teams.

• Write detailed functional specifications for development teams.

• Design solutions around distribution and management platforms for liabilities (Solife, BDU, etc.).

• Participate in writing technical specifications and lead joint analysis phases.

• Monitor developments and ensure the adequacy of delivered solutions.

• Prepare and lead workshops, meetings, and steering sessions.

• Define testing strategies and actively participate in testing.

• Contribute to change management and ensure functional support for applications.

• Handling incidents according to SLAs

💡 Your profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst IT, ideally in the field of Luxembourg life insurance.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.

• Knowledge of SQL, understanding of IT architectures and data lineage.

• Mastery of JIRA, Octane, and office tools.

• Comfort with analysis methods, modeling, and Agile practices.

• Ability to work in a team, manage multiple subjects in parallel, with rigor and critical thinking.
