Job description
For one of our clients, a bank located in Esch/Belval, we are looking for an Application Support Engineer.
Your mission:
• Functional and technical application support based on ITIL practices
• Incident and user requests management for European Private Bank, on Front Office banking applications and Trading Room by qualification, analysis, and resolution.
• Handling application alerts from monitoring tools (Zabbix, Tmon, ...) to prevent impact on users
• Analysis and securing of production changes during application deployments
• Coordination, resolution, and communication during crisis management in case of high-impact incidents
• Formalize and follow-up on action plans following major incidents to prevent recurrence
• Verification of the proper functioning of Front Office and Trading Room applications after infrastructure updates
• Updating all documentation
