For one of our clients, a bank located in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Application Support Engineer.

Your mission:

  1. Take care of production incident tickets

  1. Ensure the follow-up of incident management documentation.

  1. Update and continuously improve resolution procedures.

  1. Respond to internal user requests (by email and phone).

  1. Actively participate in support during peak periods.

  1. Continuously improve and industrialize routine processes to handle increasingly complex support tasks over time.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  1. Education: You hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Bac+3).

  1. Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar application support role.

  1. Personal qualities:

    • You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, honesty, and a real sense of service.

    • Curiosity: You enjoy discovering new technologies and continuous learning.

    • Problem-solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and propose effective solutions.

    • Long-term vision: Ability to design sustainable solutions and anticipate future needs to avoid problem recurrence.

    • Adherence to procedures: You comply with company rules and procedures.
