Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and its concrete application in the banking sector? Do you have a solid experience in business analysis and want to play a key role in defining, framing, and validating innovative AI models? This position is for you!

At the heart of the Datalab, you will work on the entire AI portfolio to:

• Support business units in ideation and gathering of needs

• Facilitate co-construction workshops

• Define business KPIs and high-impact MVPs

• Structure and maintain AI backlogs

• Participate in data collection, testing, and solution validation

• Document models and design feedback loops

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts (Data Scientists, IT, Business)

🎯 Profile:

• Confirmed experience in business analysis in the banking sector

• Good knowledge of AI challenges and regulatory constraints

• Mastery of Lean methods and office tools

• Ability to rally and facilitate workshops

• Over 3 years of experience in the field, and Minimum 8 years of professional experience
