For one of our clients located in Luxembourg City, we are looking for a Business Analyst eFront

Mission description – Intervention scope

• Analyze and document the Private Capital business process (Specialized in fund Accounting and specifically in the production of Financial Statements and Reporting to CSSF/BCL)

• Working with business representatives to understand and challenge cross locations-requirements, scope and validate acceptance criteria.

• Write clear business needs in a document that will be used by IT to build the solution

• Identify opportunities for operational and control enhancements across the Private Capital business domain

• Define mappings & business rules to achieve compatibility between “as is” and “to be” models

• Assistance during User Acceptance Testing as required

Technical description of the mission’s environment

• Material: PC Laptop

• Software: Pack Microsoft Office, Allshare / Confluence / Jira Lanta / Teams / Outlook / eFront / Octane

Results expected / Deliverables

• Qualitative implementation of the Change responsible for

• Completion of document as per GBCM procedures

• Writing of UAT test cases in Octane

• Materialization of Change/project status

• Manage implementation of Financial reporting project on Unity/Confluence:

  -Liaise with operations and vendor

  -Perform deep data analysis to send to the Vendor the appropriate set of data to generate Financial Statement and Legal reporting from the Vendor’s platform

Your Profile:

• Business: Accounting & BA knowledge in Private Capital

• Norms & Process: various GAAP

• Technical: Analytical skills

• Functional: Business Analyst skills

• Technological: eFront / Unity (Confluence)
