Mission
As a Business Analyst in fund implementation, your primary mission will encompass the following key responsibilities:
Engaging in the meticulous execution of fund events implementation tasks and conducting thorough controls throughout the process (e.g., new funds, compartments, mergers, etc.)
Furnishing the requisite information promptly and with precision for both internal and external audits, adhering strictly to response timelines and maintaining high-quality standards
Providing training sessions and actively contributing to the development of less experienced team members
Suggesting enhancements to the control system and promptly escalating any issues related to processes and tools malfunctions
Deliverables:
Ensuring effective communication and disseminating comprehensive notifications to operational users concerning onboarding projects
Conducting thorough sanity checks related to the setup procedures
Ensuring the accurate and timely setup within the Bank's system
Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for our esteemed internal and external clientele
Actively engaging in various governance activities associated with onboarding projects
Knowledge management: Developing comprehensive user guides to facilitate operational processes
Job requirements
Business: Previous experience in leading onboarding Private Capital projects
Technical: operational knowledge of both eFront FIA and MFGA (Multifonds/Temenos)
Functional: Demonstrated expertise in Private Capital and Project Management related to Clients Onboarding
Language: Fluency in French, English and German
