Your Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance business solutions around a leading Private Capital portal platform.

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.

  • Create comprehensive test cases and perform unit testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Collaborate closely with product teams, solution providers, project stakeholders, and end users throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Support integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Produce clear documentation and knowledge transfer materials for support teams.

  • Provide advanced functional analysis and assist support teams in resolving complex platform-related issues.

Job requirements

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Private Capital, Private Equity, Fund Administration, or Investment Funds industry.

  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • Familiarity with tools such as eFront Invest, Octane, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French is considered a strong asset.
