Position: Business Analyst

We are presently in search of a proficient Business Analyst to join our esteemed team and make valuable contributions to our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the meticulous analysis of project requirements, rigorous testing of novel functionalities pertaining to trailer fees, and the supervision of project modifications. Furthermore, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in offering profound insights into TA applications such as Multi-funds TA and its associated satellites.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly scrutinize project requirements and propose innovative solutions.

• Execute comprehensive testing on fresh functionalities linked to trailer fees and oversee changes for seamless integration.

• Supervise project modifications, furnish progress reports, and assess outcomes.

• Provide expert perspectives on TA applications, encompassing Multi-funds TA and its satellites.

• Systematize and document processes to amplify production deployment efficiency.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide support for the trailer fees replatforming project.

• Aid in business analysis and testing endeavors.

• Conduct instructional sessions on project alterations.

• Evaluate project risks effectively.

• Contribute to knowledge management by updating user guides and documentation.

• Actively engage in the release management process, including executing pre and post-release verifications.

Offer Requirements

• Business: Experience in Transfert Agent and trailer fees Processes.

• Norms & Process: Proficiency in trailer fees calculations, reconciliation, reporting, and KPI tracking.

• Technical: Knowledge of Multifonds TA system and its reporting functionalities.

• Functional: Expertise in Transfert Agent operations.

• Technological: Familiarity with Estars and Multifonds platforms.

• Language: Proficiency in French and English.
