We’re looking for a Data Protection Officer Support to make a real impact on data protection excellence.

Join a dynamic, project-driven environment where you will play a key role in strengthening data protection frameworks and supporting high‑value initiatives across the organization.

Your mission

  • Support day‑to‑day activities across research, quantitative analysis, and project management

  • Take ownership of clearly defined work products within multiple initiatives

  • Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)

  • Review and assess Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)

  • Build and operationalize a Data Protection Champion Network

  • Prepare and deliver workshops, meetings, and coaching sessions

  • Ensure clear, consistent reporting on all deliverables

  • In large projects, lead a small team and drive results autonomously

Job requirements

What you bring

  • Strong expertise in data protection and privacy regulations

  • High self‑motivation and the ability to manage projects independently

  • Hands‑on experience supporting a Data Protection Officer (DPO)

  • 2–3 years of experience in an operational environment (e.g. CRM, Finance, Operations, or Talent & Organization)

  • Experience with at least one project applying best practices in operational models

Nice to have

  • Professional project management experience

  • Background in financial services or the funds industry
