We are looking for a motivated, rigorous, and service-oriented IAM Security Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team of around twenty people for one of our clients in the banking sector.

Your responsibilities

Within the team, you will participate in the daily activities of identity and access management:

✅ Identity and access rights management (IAM) within the Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes

✅ Privileged access management (PAM)

✅ Supporting teams in integrating and setting access rights on new applications

✅ User support and regular exchanges with technical and business stakeholders

✅ Contributing to the continuous improvement of security processes related to access

Profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a role related to identity and access management

• Good command of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Excellent communication skills and a taste for teamwork

• Comfortable collaborating with technical and functional counterparts

• Fluent in French

👍 Appreciated assets

• Knowledge of Lotus Notes

• Knowledge of RACF

• Experience or knowledge of One Identity Manager (IGA)

• Knowledge of CyberArk

• Awareness of PKI environments and certificate management

• Proficiency in another common language (English, German, or Luxembourgish)
