Job Description

🔥 Join our team as an Open Source Production Engineer IGD Consultant for our exciting client! You will have the opportunity to work in a 100% Linux Debian environment, spread across multiple data centers, supporting over a hundred applications and thousands of VMs. You will closely collaborate with system architects to define, implement, operate, and evolve hosting infrastructures on various technological components.

💡 Your role will be crucial in a DevOps approach, promoting studies and industrialization for smooth deployments. As the guardian of the solution architecture, you will be responsible for implementing technical components and ensuring its proper functioning for other support levels.

Main Activities:

• 🚀 Participate in the installation and evolution of hardware and software elements of the IS using strong IaC principles

• 🔒 Ensure IS consistency in terms of resilience, scalability, and security

• 💻 Administer and maintain infrastructures and applications, with level 3 production support

• 📊 Contribute to the development and dissemination of dashboards

• 🛡️ Share the role of operational security correspondent within the team

• 🔧 Carry out internal technical projects and address software obsolescence

• 🌐 Participate in cross-functional projects and non-automated patching actions on critical systems

Activity Distribution:

• 🕒 25% ensure the last level of support (N3+)

• 🔨 75% define and implement infrastructures and applications

• 💻 Remote work: 60% on-site in Nancy and 40% remote

Employment Contract

Skills Required:

• 💡 Proficiency in Linux systems, especially Debian/Ubuntu

• 🔗 In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP-based networking and web hosting

• 🔐 Experience in security, data governance, multi-platform hosting

• 🛠️ Mastery of IaC tools such as Puppet, Terraform, Docker, Ansible

• 🔍 Knowledge of resilience, scalability, security, and observability tools
