Project Manager & Business Analyst consultant (ref.: 427)

Our mission is to strengthen the Engineering team of our client, supporting a group of 4 engineers to accelerate the delivery of functional enhancements in debt management processes, while also serving as a Business IT liaison to gather, analyze, and formalize business needs for traceability and regulatory compliance. Additionally, we aim to ensure solution quality by planning and executing functional testing, validating conformance to requirements, and facilitating a smooth rollout to end users. Key responsibilities include requirements gathering through stakeholder sessions, translating business needs into clear Business Requirements (BR), ensuring correct use of the Olympic debt management module, development planning and tracking, functional testing, defect management, training and change enablement, documentation upkeep, and reporting to management. Expected deliverables encompass detailed Business Requirements (BR), a comprehensive test plan with validated test cases, and a successful final delivery & Go Live package for seamless implementation.

• Proficiency in the Debt (Corporate Trust) domain is indispensable for this role.

• Adeptness in utilizing the Olympic tool is a fundamental requirement.

• Proficiency in business analysis, specifically the ability to draft clear BR/FS documents, is crucial.

• Experience in conducting functional testing, including UAT and acceptance testing, as well as the ability to design, execute, and diligently follow up on defects, is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills are imperative, particularly in facilitating workshops and effectively presenting solutions to business audiences.

• Demonstrated organizational prowess and rigor in multitasking, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining meticulous documentation control are highly valued.

• Proficiency in professional English is necessary to effectively comprehend and produce technical documentation and engage with IT and business teams.
