IT & Cyber Security Risk Project Manager

For one of our clients, an insurance company located in Luxembourg City, we are looking for a Project Manager IT & Cyber Security Risks.

Your Mission:

• The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring the execution and deployment of instances of the Cyber program processed in RUN mode with contributing teams;

• He must monitor with the project director of the Security team;

• He must ensure monitoring;

• He must understand the technical description of the instances and translate them into clear terms for contributors;

• He is responsible for auditing all evidence provided by contributors and verifying if it meets our client's requirements;

• He is responsible for planning with contributors the schedule of instances for 2026 and ensuring that contributors will have the capacity to process them;

• He is responsible for the successful execution of projects in accordance with governance;

• Liaise with various stakeholders;

• Support the implementation and monitoring of project phases;

• Propose a project organization, validated by management;

• Using the Clarity tool, manage budget, schedule, and scope;

• Organize workshops, collect business needs, monitor the realization and validation of deliverables.

• Organize and lead Project and Steering Committees and ensure reporting.

Your profile:

• You are familiar with the Insurance industry;

• You have knowledge of Cyber standards (NIST Framework), DORA, Evidence audit skills;

• You have expertise in IT infrastructure and Cyber products (Guardium / Varonis / Splunk / CyberArk / IAM / Nexus / OWASP);

• Functional skills: Insurance processes, Contracts, AML;

• Language skills: French / English;

• Other skills: Autonomy, ability to work in a team.
