Scrum Master (Ref: 293)

For one of our clients, an insurance company located in Luxembourg City, we are looking for several Scrum Masters.

Your mission:

• Facilitate the Agile ceremonies and rituals of the team to create an environment where the team is effective and collaborates smoothly;

• Support the team in sprints by creating the isolated environment and necessary atmosphere for effective work.

• Manage the team to ensure iterative and rapid deliveries to create high-value products;

• Prepare QBR (Quarterly Business Review) with the PO and the sponsor;

• Help the team effectively manage the Product Backlog with the PO and co-construct the planning of the next sprint;

• Promote, as a change agent, new ways of working, effective communication and interaction among team members, outside the team, and with stakeholders.

• Ensure the proper functioning, evolution, and version upgrades of the platforms under the squad's responsibility,

• Ensure team handling of incidents according to established procedures (SLA, ...).

• In collaboration with release managers, prepare production releases (documentation of change requests, delivery planning, ...)

• Monitor and manage the operational relationship with publishers (delivery quality, compliance with deadlines, fix Packs planning, ...),

• Collaborate with other IT teams in developing solutions and implementing projects and/or evolutions around Solife and other platforms under your responsibility,

• Implement a continuous improvement approach within the team,

Your profile:

• Scrum Master certification;

• Minimum 5 years in a similar or related position, preferably in the life insurance sector;

• Advanced knowledge of IT and release management principles,

• Knowledge of software development cycles outsourced to a publisher;

• Operational management of outsourced services (publisher, integrator, centers)

• Fluent in French (C1) and good written and oral English skills (Minimum B2)
