Senior Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Business Analyst to join our esteemed team and play a pivotal role in our mission to meticulously analyze requirements, formalize needs, test new functionalities, and vigilantly monitor changes. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge in performing connectivity testing, offering profound functional expertise on TA applications, and adeptly organizing documentation for intricate processes and evolutions.

• Thoroughly analyze requirements and needs to meticulously formalize appropriate documents, such as PID and BRD

• Conduct rigorous testing of new functionalities and maintain a vigilant eye on changes

• Execute connectivity testing with precision, encompassing SWIFT, SFTP, and other protocols

• Provide unparalleled functional expertise on TA applications, including Multi-funds TA and its satellites

• Efficiently organize and deliver documentation for essential processes and evolutions

Deliverables and Outcomes:

• Provide unwavering support to all Business Analysts for comprehensive analysis

• Take the lead in testing endeavors with meticulous attention to detail

• Conduct informative training sessions on forthcoming changes

• Thoroughly evaluate risks and extend additional support as a seasoned Business Analyst

• Contribute significantly to knowledge management by crafting user guides and documents for the perpetual enhancement of the knowledge database

Supplementary Responsibilities:

• Engage actively in the release management process, particularly during IT transitions

• Request and review completed checklists from application owners with a discerning eye

• Conduct meticulous sanity checks in pre-production and post-release phases

• Monitor the efficacy of releases with precision and dedication

• Continuously enhance the knowledge database through the production of refined user guides and documents

Offer Requirements:

• Business: Proficiency in Transfert Agent operations, trailer fees management, and adeptness in SWIFT & SFTP Processes

• Norms & Process: Demonstrated expertise in trailer fees calculations, meticulous operations processes execution, thorough reconciliation practices, and comprehensive TA reporting skills

• Technical: In-depth knowledge of Multifonds TA system and its eco-system

• Functional: Specialized proficiency in Transfer Agent functions and experience as a Business Analyst

• Technological: Proficiency in Multifonds system, adept at reporting tools (Estars), skilled in Swift messaging, and proficient in SQL

• Language: Fluency in both French and English
