UX/UI Designer Job Description
As a UX/UI designer, your mission will be to:
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to support the implementation of designs within an agile setup, ensuring user needs and business goals are translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experience.
Lead the design process with a user-centric approach, ensuring that all products and features align with customer expected outcomes.
Contribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure homogeneity across all digital channels, fostering a cohesive brand identity and usage consistency.
Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design continuously through feedback.
Work across various platforms, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring consistency, coherence, and responsiveness of our software solutions.
Job requirements
Requirements for Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate should have:
Degree in human-computer Interaction, digital media, media informatics (or related).
Experience as a UX designer, showcasing your previous work and skillset in a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your contribution to designing engaging user experiences.
Good understanding of the UX design process from research, concept, design, prototyping and user validation to implementation.
Experience in designing Web Software/Applications is a strong plus.
Thorough knowledge in the field of interaction design, visual design and (low & high fid) prototyping.
Experience with Design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD.
Eager to moderate collaborative workshops.
Familiar with design thinking methods is a plus.
Practical experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research is a plus.
Good communication/presentation skills and stakeholder management, with a structured and proactive and autonomous working style.

Proven ability to deliver against deadlines.
True team player as teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal. French is a strong plus.
