Are you passionate about fund accounting, operational oversight, and stakeholder management? We are looking for one of our client, an experienced Accountant Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and control of fund administration activities within an international financial services environment.

As the primary point of contact between operational teams and business stakeholders, you will help ensure seamless operations, manage escalations, oversee critical controls, and contribute to the continuous improvement of outsourced fund accounting processes.

Your Responsibilities

✅ Act as the main liaison between operational teams and management for issue resolution and escalation management.

✅ Support production teams to maintain operational continuity during unexpected events, incidents, or process blockers.

✅ Monitor and validate NAV production to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with established standards.

✅ Perform periodic controls over outsourced activities, including:

• Transaction processing

• Reconciliation activities

• NAV accounting processes

✅ Monitor operational performance and key fund events.

✅ Conduct regular service reviews and contribute to service quality improvements.

✅ Coordinate SLA monitoring and follow-up actions with stakeholders.

✅ Collect and consolidate management information and operational data for governance committees.

✅ Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational and financial risks related to fund accounting activities.

Proven experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Asset Management Operations, or Financial Control.

✔ Strong understanding of fund accounting processes, NAV calculation, reconciliations, and financial controls.

✔ Ability to manage operational incidents, escalations, and stakeholder communications effectively.

✔ Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk management and process improvement.

✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills in an international environment.

✔ Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
