Job description
We are looking for a consultant to take on the functions of first-level technical support, focusing on resolving queries and incidents. The selected candidate will be entrusted with the crucial mission of receiving and handling user calls, providing expert solutions both at the software and hardware levels. Moreover, in the absence of the Team Leader, they will be required to take on the responsibilities inherent in team management.
Main Tasks:
Diligently perform initial support for reported queries and incidents
Promptly respond to user phone calls, providing quality technical support
Conduct in-depth diagnostics and resolve encountered problems, whether software or hardware-related
Ensure efficient processing of generated tickets by accurately entering them into the dedicated system
Act as a backup for the Team Leader in their absence, thus assuming team management functions professionally
Job requirements
Requirements:
ITIL Foundation Certification
Proficiency in four languages: French, Luxembourgish, German, English
Operational knowledge of ServiceNow
Proven experience in IT support and as a deputy team leader for more than 2 years
Minimum high school diploma and access to University
