Backend – JVM

• Java or Scala, excellent mastery of the JVM ecosystem

• Advanced functional programming: immutability, pure functions, effects handling

• Design and development of REST APIs (Spring Boot, Play, Akka/Pekko or equivalent)

• Event-driven architectures: messaging & streaming (Kafka or equivalent)

• Databases: SQL + MongoDB

• Software quality: unit & integration testing, CI/CD, observability (logs, metrics)
