Business Analyst Finance/Digital Transformation (Ref: 439)

As part of a major digital transformation program within an international financial environment, one of our clients is looking for a Business Analyst Finance & Digital Transformation passionate about process optimization, business support, and the success of strategic projects.

🚀 Your missions

As a key player between business and project teams, you will be involved in the entire transformation cycle:

✅ Analysis of business needs

• Collect, challenge, and formalize user needs.

• Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders.

• Map existing processes (As-Is) and design target processes (To-Be).

• Perform organizational and functional impact analyses.

• Participate in gap analyses between current state and future solution.

✅ Writing functional specifications

• Produce reference documents (BRD, FSD, User Stories, business rules, process maps).

• Define business requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure functional coherence across different workstreams.

• Update project documentation.

✅ Test coordination and acceptance

• Define test strategy and scenarios.

• Prepare necessary datasets.

• Contribute to SIT, UAT, Dry Runs, and Migration Rehearsals phases.

• Monitor anomalies with IT teams until resolution.

✅ Change management

• Participate in business impact analysis.

• Design training materials and user documentation.

• Support users in adopting new tools and processes.

• Contribute to communication and training actions.

✅ Deployment & post Go-Live support

• Participate in production deployment preparation.

• Contribute to Go-Live Readiness activities.

• Provide functional support during Hypercare phase.

• Identify areas for continuous improvement and contribute to platform stabilization.

🎯 Profile sought

• Proven experience in Business Analysis on transformation, migration, or platform implementation projects.

• Solid experience in functional testing, acceptance, and business support.

• Appreciated certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA, Agile.

• Knowledge of securities services environment is a real asset.

• Experience in international contexts is a plus.
