Expert UI/UX

For one of our public sector clients located in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Expert UI/UX.

The UI/UX expert must be based on the business needs identified during business analysis with stakeholders.

His main activities are as follows:

• Development and definition of a coherent 'System Design' displayable on different media.

• Creation of web mockups (HTML, CSS, responsive design, ANGULAR, etc.) and interface prototypes respecting existing guidelines for nomenclature and aesthetics.

• Optimization of navigation paths (number of steps before streamlined actions, efficient navigation...).

• Conduct user research (creating personas, analyzing journeys, user interviews, field observations, identifying pain points, etc.).

• Collaboration with functional and technical contacts as well as internal colleagues to design a clearer interface, tailored to objectives and trends (ergonomics, design, mobile first).

• Implementation of a simple and intuitive navigation experience for end users.

• Facilitation of workshops with key users (presentations, feedback).

• Development of user tests to be conducted.

• Integration with existing processes.

• Assistance to internal users for validation of all major navigation principles.

• Anticipation of interactions between visual elements and policies.

• Ensuring an overview for all solution features.

• If required, proposing improvement concepts.

Expected results are:

• UI and UX methodology.

• Specifications of interfaces to be designed accompanying the user journey.

• Creation of functional and graphic mockups (wireframes, interactive prototypes).

• 'System Design' and 'html css'.

• Documentation of interface functionalities.

• Production of a style guide and stylebook.

• Documentation and recommendations for developments to be made.

• Progress reports on activities.

• Documentation of issues and risks.

• Documentation of user stories.

Navigation principles, interface functionalities, and improvement recommendations are essential to guide developments.
