Job description

This strategic mission within our company aims to ensure the reliability, compliance, and optimal use of data for our insurance, health, and wealth management activities. The consultant will design and operationalize the client Group's data governance model, fostering a data-centric culture and collaborating with BI, AI & Data Science teams for responsible and innovative data use.

Skills and responsibilities:

  • Define and deploy the data governance framework at the client Group level.

  • Establish data responsibility and ownership models aligned with Data Mesh principles.

  • Set quality standards, documentation, and key indicators for governance.

  • Develop robust practices for metadata management, traceability, and data lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements related to sensitive data.

  • Facilitate governance committees and influence business and IT stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with AI & Machine Learning teams for ethical and compliant data exploitation.

  • Promote a strong data culture within the organization.

Job requirements

Job Requirements:

7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or regulatory functions in complex environments (insurance, finance, health). Expertise in designing governance policies and models. Knowledge of key regulations: CAA, Solvency II, GDPR, CSSF. Pragmatic and structured approach, ability to work in a fast-paced transformation context. Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders. Familiarity with Data Mesh and federated governance concepts. Experience with AI/ML teams or in responsible data use is a plus. Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is appreciated.
