🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements from stakeholders.

• Assess impacts, priorities, and ensure high-quality demand management.

• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with developers and architects to design effective solutions.

• Define acceptance criteria and execute functional testing activities.

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and non-regression testing.

• Present sprint deliverables and facilitate stakeholder demonstrations.

• Prepare release documentation and knowledge transfer materials for operations and support teams.

• Provide expert support for complex platform issues requiring in-depth functional analysis.

• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, estimations, and demos.

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Autonomous, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset.
