• Collect, analyze, and formalize user needs

• Facilitate business workshops with stakeholders

• Model AS-IS / TO-BE processes in a continuous improvement logic

• Write clear and structured requirements expressions

• Prioritize requirements and support their implementation

• Use framing methods and tools (SIPOC, RACI…)

• Develop process models (BPMN, UML or equivalent)

• Ensure smooth communication between business and IT teams

• Produce concise, accurate, and actionable deliverables

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills

• Ability to simplify and translate business needs into IT solutions

• Knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus
