Senior System Engineer - Technical Coordinator (M/F)

We are looking for one of our clients in the banking sector in Luxembourg, a Senior System Engineer - Technical Coordinator to join a team of experts working on strategic and highly critical infrastructures. This mission offers the opportunity to play a key role in technical coordination, continuous improvement, and automation of complex platforms.

🎯 Your responsibilities

• Participate in infrastructure projects and lead technical mini-projects

• Coordinate interventions involving multiple expertise teams

• Ensure the improvement, reliability, and automation of existing environments

• Handle level 3 incidents and complex issues

• Contribute to security and compliance initiatives

• Write and maintain technical documentation

• Support teams through knowledge transfer and best practices

✅ Your profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in complex IT environments

• Strong experience with critical systems requiring high SLA, security, and service quality

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Initiative, autonomy, and sense of responsibility

• Comfortable with collaborative work and technical coordination

• Fluent in French and English (knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus)
