✅ Manage strategic projects for public sector clients
✅ Contribute to defining needs, framing scope and deliverables
✅ Draft specifications and functional requirements
✅ Coordinate stakeholders and ensure smooth communication
✅ Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and budget tracking
✅ Establish effective project governance
✅ Support change and ensure successful solution deployment

🔹 Your Profile

✔ Experience in project management and functional analysis
✔ Proficiency in business analysis and process modeling tools
✔ Familiarity with QUAPITAL & QUAPITAL IT frameworks (training possible)
✔ Experience with PROMETA (State BPM platform) (training possible)
✔ Proficiency in project management tools (Odoo, ECM tools…)
✔ Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Certification in PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES HSPTP or equivalent
✔ French & English C1 (Luxembourgish/German = a plus)
