✅ Business analysis support: drafting functional specifications and briefs
✅ Analysis and optimization of business processes to improve HR services efficiency
✅ Stakeholders coordination and steering committees animation
✅ Risk and budget management to ensure project success
✅ Change management and communication to ensure team buy-in

🔹 Your Profile

✔ Proven experience in HR project management and operational HR service management
✔ Skills in functional analysis and process formalization
✔ Proficiency in project management tools (Odoo, ECM tools, BPM PROMETA)
✔ Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Certification in PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES HSPTP or equivalent
✔ French & English C1 (Luxembourgish/German = a plus)
