As part of its Agile transformation at scale, our client is looking for an experienced Functional IT Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic projects. You will play a key role in orchestrating cross-functional activities between the IT department, business units, and external partners, ensuring alignment between business vision and operational execution.

🚀 Your missions:

• Lead one or more IT projects from needs validation, positioning them within an enterprise-wide vision

• Coordinate stakeholders, animate project teams, frame budgets, and formalize functional requirements

• Ensure compliance with Quality / Cost / Time commitments within the framework of good project governance practices

• Produce or oversee the drafting of functional instructions

• Implement a unified methodology for each program stream

• Define key milestones and the detailed program roadmap

• Ensure progress monitoring, animate steering committees, ensure smooth communication flow

• Manage dependencies between streams and other IT initiatives

• Design and lead a smooth organizational deployment plan aligned with strategic objectives

🛠 Environment & expectations:

• Methodologies: Project Management (V-Model, Agile, SAFe, Scrum)

• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Excel, project planning tools (MS Project or equivalent)

• Ability to navigate between strategic vision and operational reality

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership skills, and priority management

✅ Profile sought:

• Proven experience in functional IT project management

• Knowledge of Insurance / Finance / IT Transformation sector

• Mastery of Agile transformation methodologies at scale (SAFe, LeSS…)

• Natural leadership, ability to rally and lead multidisciplinary teams

• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills (FR + EN)
