Our esteemed organization is currently seeking a meticulous senior AML/KYC consultant to join our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis and review of AML/KYC files for Management Company Due Diligence, Audit, and Migrations.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to ensure the precision, accuracy, and correctness of all information handled or communicated. Working with unwavering rigor and precision, you will meticulously adhere to all applicable procedures to maintain the integrity of our processes.

As a senior AML/KYC consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the successful completion and execution of all events, while also identifying any problems or deficiencies and proposing effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include the preparation, review, and maintenance of project documentation, AML letters, and reports.

Acting as a primary point of contact for multiple stakeholders within the AML/KYC environment, you will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting a comprehensive review and analysis of the current and new OP MEMO in place with our client, contributing valuable insights to enhance our operations.

Requirements for the Job Opening:

The ideal candidate should possess a professional background encompassing a tenure of between 3 and 5 years in the domains of AML/KYC/Compliance, coupled with a profound comprehension of AML/CTF requisites and financial crime vulnerabilities inherent in the spectrum of services within the legal sector in Luxembourg.

A prerequisite for this role is a high level of proficiency in the English language, with a commendable command of French and any additional languages deemed advantageous.

An in-depth familiarity with the AML/KYC requirements specific to Luxembourg is essential, alongside proven experience in AML monitoring and screening procedures.

The incumbent must demonstrate a capacity for meticulous process analysis, characterized by efficiency, precision, and a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal forms, are paramount.

The ability to function as a collaborative team member, capable of adapting to dynamic and fast-evolving work environments, is imperative.
