Job description
For one of our clients, a large insurance company located in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Test Manager.
Your responsibilities:
Lead the Testing phase of our software development projects;
Participate in monitoring the progress of achievements in collaboration with the project manager;
Define the testing strategy, prepare test scenarios, monitor their proper execution, and report the results;
Coordinate and supervise the testing team: Organize testing work, assign activities, and ensure communication on progress to the team.
Facilitate coordination and reflection meetings on various topics.
As a driver of continuous improvement, the test manager makes proposals for improvements to be implemented, particularly in terms of test process industrialization.
Job requirements
Profile sought:
University degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in testing. Knowledge of P&C insurance business is a plus;
Mastery of testing techniques (e.g. ISTQB Foundation), skills in 'Agile - Continuous Delivery' approach will be a plus;
Analytical, synthetic, and pragmatic;
Independent, has a sense of human relations, and the ability to work in a team;
Fluent in French and English.
