We’re Hiring: Business Implementation Operational Fund Accounting Specialist

Your Role
As a Business Implementation Operational Fund Accounting Specialist, you will act as a key Subject Matter Expert, leading the operational setup and execution of strategic fund events such as launches, migrations, mergers, and liquidations across diverse structures (UCITS, AIFs, hybrid models).
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational fund accounting aspects for major fund events
Design and implement target operating models and NAV timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Transfer Agency, Depositary, Dealing, etc.)
Ensure readiness of operational flows, including testing and go-live preparation
Monitor project pipelines, risks, and deliverables with strong governance
Act as a client-facing expert during project meetings and transitions
Ensure seamless transition to Business-As-Usual operations post-event
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across fund event processes

Job requirements
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fund Accounting Operations or Business Implementation
Strong expertise in fund structures and lifecycle events
Practical knowledge of Multifonds (MFFA) is a strong asset
Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities
Languages: Fluent English and French required
