🌟 Your Mission
As part of a forward-thinking IAM team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a major Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiative. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure seamless alignment and successful project outcomes.

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and optimization of IAM workflows (access requests, approvals, provisioning, recertification, etc.)

• Support the deployment of a leading IGA solution:

  • Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external partners to resolve implementation challenges

  • Validate IAM processes (JML lifecycle, access requests, etc.) through testing and quality assurance

  • Document requirements, procedures, and functional specifications

  • Develop and update training materials for end-users and approvers

  • Facilitate workshops to enhance adoption and user experience

• Define and implement RBAC models in collaboration with stakeholders

• Contribute to IAM reporting and KPIs (SoD violations, access reviews, orphan accounts, etc.)

🧠 Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Analysis, or similar

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or IAM/IGA Specialist

• Strong expertise in IAM concepts: JML, RBAC, SoD, least privilege, recertification

• Hands-on experience with at least one IGA solution (mandatory)

• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO (SAML/OAuth)

• Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau)
