Experienced IAM / PAM Security Manager (M/F)

As part of strengthening an established security team, within one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for an Experienced IAM/PAM Security Manager with at least 3 years of experience in identity management, access rights, and privileged access management.

Your missions

Within a team of around twenty specialists, you will work on strategic topics related to access security and IT environment transformation:

• Ensure identity and access rights management (Joiner / Mover / Leaver)

• Administer and manage IAM and PAM solutions

• Participate in defining and implementing access rights models (RBAC)

• Support business and IT teams on access and security issues

• Contribute to integrating new applications into IAM processes

• Participate in modernization and transformation projects of technical environments

• Maintain regular contact with users and stakeholders

Appreciated assets

• Knowledge of Lotus Notes

• Knowledge of RACF

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles

• Expertise in IAM (Identity & Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management)

• Mastery of RBAC concepts and design

• Good knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Solid foundation in Windows, Unix/Linux, and Databases

• Knowledge of PKI and certificates

• Experience with One Identity Manager or an equivalent IGA solution

• Experience with CyberArk or an equivalent PAM solution

• Fluent French is essential

• English, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
