Position Available: Business Implementation TA Consultant
We are currently in search of a dedicated professional to ensure the efficient operational implementation and coordination of new business ventures for our esteemed clientele. The ideal candidate will be tasked with meticulously analyzing various events throughout a fund's lifecycle, initiating intricate system setups, and fostering robust relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Thoroughly analyze events from a Transfer Agency standpoint and deliver comprehensive gap analyses between client requirements and operational frameworks
Guarantee the prompt establishment of all requisite systems and uphold consistent communication regarding project progress
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and cross-functional teams
Coordinate Closing Meetings and seamless handovers with operational units
Proactively escalate potential issues to senior management and actively engage in continuous process enhancement endeavors

Offer Requirements
The requirements for the job opening are as follows:
In-depth and technical Transfer Agent knowledge, with exposure to fund event processes (Migration In/Out, merger, new fund, new share-classes, Migr)
Preferably knowledge of MFTA, AML/KYC, TA fees (CDSC, ADL, etc..)
Language proficiency in French and English; knowledge of any other language would be considered an advantage
