Job Description

As a Mid-level DevOps Engineer, you will play a vital role in building and managing our API and automation platform using enterprise API Gateway technologies and workflow orchestration platforms. You will design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable gateway and orchestration services in Kubernetes environments, ensuring consistent API exposure, traffic management, policy enforcement, and workflow automation.

You will focus on platform automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD practices, and support operations across AWS and on-prem infrastructure, emphasizing observability, resilience, security controls, and standardized onboarding for teams and products.

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable cloud solutions based on reference architecture.

• Develop CI/CD pipelines for efficient code deployment.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning to enhance efficiency.

• Create reusable building blocks for domain applications.

• Ensure cloud solutions meet security and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Resolve system issues across various platforms.

• Stay updated on cloud computing and DevOps trends.

Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of cloud computing technology and infrastructure.

• Solid knowledge of cloud-native architecture principles.

• Expertise with enterprise API Gateway platforms.

• Experience in API Gateway operations at scale.

• Practical knowledge of workflow/orchestration platforms.

• Integration of API Gateway + orchestration into a platform ecosystem.

• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.

• Familiarity with GitOps principles and tooling.

• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools.

• Understanding of network, security, and database architecture.

• Familiarity with Integration platforms and observability principles.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud/DevOps Mid-level.

• Professional certifications in cloud platforms and technologies are desirable.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

• DevOps role may require shift work.

• Mandatory on-call rotation covering weekends.
