Conversational AI & LLM Expert (ref.: BE3)

Mission

Design, deploy, and optimize conversational AI and LLM solutions ensuring quality, security, user experience, and integration into the IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement chatbots and conversational AI solutions.

• Develop and integrate LLM, RAG architectures, and AI APIs.

• Participate in conversational UX design and continuous improvement of user journeys.

• Ensure security, governance, and compliance (GDPR, responsible AI).

• Implement DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and operations practices.

• Produce documentation, recommendations, and reporting.

• Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and support teams.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.

• Experience in Chatbot, AI, UX projects, and LLM technologies.

• Knowledge of Python, LangChain, REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot, and Git.

• Experience in cloud architectures, microservices, CI/CD, Docker, and OpenShift.

• Understanding of NLP concepts, Prompt Engineering, RAG, vector search, and AI governance.

• Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and good communication and writing skills.
