Our client, a major player in the Luxembourg financial sector, is strengthening its 'IT, Platform, Virtualization & Servers' team and is looking for a Senior Windows System Engineer to work on critical and highly available infrastructures.

🎯 Your role

As a senior system engineer, you will:

• Participate in and coordinate strategic technical projects.

• Administer and optimize state-of-the-art Windows Server environments.

• Automate, stabilize, and secure systems using PowerShell and Microsoft best practices.

• Handle level 3 tickets and transfer knowledge to internal teams.

• Contribute to documentation production and compliance with quality/SLA standards.

🛠️ Required Skills

• Min. 8 years of experience in IT environment.

• Very good mastery of Windows Server (2016–2025) environments.

• PowerShell expertise (scripts, automation).

• Solid knowledge: AD, ADFS, ADCS, Windows Failover Cluster.

• Strong sense of rigor, autonomy, ability to work on critical environments.

• Fluent in French & English.

🔧 Organization & Mission

• Presence on-site up to 5 days/week (limited telecommuting).
