About the mission

As part of our client's Data & AI transformation, we are looking for an AI Engineer consultant to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and generative AI solutions. The consultant will work on high-impact business automation solutions with a focus on development and production deployment.

Desired Skills

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions: LLM, RAG, agents, copilots, and AI automations.

• Develop robust, performant, and production-oriented AI applications and services in Python.

• Integrate AI models into internal systems via APIs, connectors, databases, and business applications.

• Develop, consume, and document Data/AI APIs.

• Use and maintain a model registry (MLflow or equivalent) for traceability, versioning, and monitoring.

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and platform teams to industrialize and deploy models.

• Implement monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement mechanisms for AI solutions.

• Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and AI Act requirements.

• Co-create realistic, measurable AI use cases with business stakeholders aligned with Group priorities.

Your profile:

• Hold a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Have 3 to 6 years of experience in AI/GenAI development with a strong focus on production deployment.

• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, HuggingFace, or equivalents).

• Have practical experience with LLM, RAG, agents, and integrations via API.

• Possess a good understanding of Machine Learning and its industrialization constraints.

• Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL databases, API consumption, and distributed environments.

• Knowledge of cloud/DevOps (Docker, CI/CD) is a plus.

• Naturally use AI development assistance tools.

• Able to simplify complex concepts and collaborate effectively with non-technical profiles.

• Curious, autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented.

• Experience in insurance or finance is an advantage.

• Proficient in French and have a professional level of English.
