Our client is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Business Analyst IT to actively participate in the design of solutions within the framework of strategic internal projects. You will be a key player between business teams, developers, and partner publishers (Vermeg, Inetum).

🎯 Your main missions:

• Collect and analyze functional requirements from business and IT teams

• Write detailed functional specifications

• Design solutions around the Solife and BDU platforms

• Develop technical specifications and lead the analysis phases

• Monitor developments and ensure their compliance with expressed needs

• Facilitate work sessions and project meetings

• Define the testing strategy and participate in functional testing campaigns

• Contribute to change management and functional support for existing solutions

• Rigorously document changes and application assets

🛠 Technical and functional environment:

• Solutions: Solife (Vermeg), BDU (Inetum)

• Tools: SQL, JIRA, Octane, Excel, testing platforms

• Methodologies: Agile, BPMN modeling, SWOT analysis

• Proven experience in Business Analysis in Life Insurance IT

• Expertise in Luxembourg life insurance highly appreciated

• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills

• Critical thinking, rigor, synthesis ability, and multi-project management

• Proficiency in process modeling and data flows

• Good level of SQL language and understanding of databases

• Fluent in French, technical English is a plus
