We’re Hiring: Business Implementation Operational Fund Accounting Specialist

Are you a seasoned Fund Accounting expert looking to make a real impact in complex fund transformation projects? Join a dynamic and international environment where your expertise will drive key operational changes across a wide range of fund structures.

Your Role
As a Business Implementation Operational Fund Accounting Specialist, you will act as a key Subject Matter Expert, leading the operational setup and execution of strategic fund events such as launches, migrations, mergers, and liquidations across diverse structures (UCITS, AIFs, hybrid models).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational fund accounting aspects for major fund events

  • Design and implement target operating models and NAV timelines

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Transfer Agency, Depositary, Dealing, etc.)

  • Ensure readiness of operational flows, including testing and go-live preparation

  • Monitor project pipelines, risks, and deliverables with strong governance

  • Act as a client-facing expert during project meetings and transitions

  • Ensure seamless transition to Business-As-Usual operations post-event

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across fund event processes

Job requirements

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fund Accounting Operations or Business Implementation

  • Strong expertise in fund structures and lifecycle events

  • Practical knowledge of Multifonds (MFFA) is a strong asset

  • Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities

  • Languages: Fluent English and French required
