Consultant Responsible for Requirements Management (ref.: 402)

As part of our talent search, we are looking for a competent individual to take on the role of Responsible for managing, structuring, and tracing the business requirements of stakeholders, functional and non-functional requirements of the program. This role is crucial in coordinating business teams, technical teams, experts, and external providers to ensure that the solution delivered perfectly meets the needs expressed by the business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to adapting the requirements management methodology according to the specific project needs.

• Centralize, coordinate, organize, and prioritize the definition of requirements to ensure common understanding and shared vision.

• Ensure rigorous traceability between stakeholder requirements and functional/technical requirements to guarantee alignment.

• Proactively manage requirement changes and evolutions by implementing an effective versioning system.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of the requirements repository to avoid any ambiguity or misinterpretation.

• Ensure precise definition of requirement acceptance criteria and establish adequate governance to ensure compliance.

• Contribute to identifying and documenting the technological, business, and organizational impacts resulting from requirements for a holistic project vision.

• Actively participate in developing functional testing plans to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.

• Ensure thorough verification to guarantee that deliverables comprehensively meet the needs expressed by stakeholders.

• Closely monitor quality and progress indicators of requirements for proactive risk management and issue resolution.

• Meticulously plan and methodically track the progress of defining different requirements activities to meet project deadlines and objectives.

• Identify and report issues, risks, and scope deviations for informed decision-making and effective resolution.

Expected Deliverables:

• Development, upon request, of a detailed requirements management strategy tailored to the project context.

• Drafting of a comprehensive requirements management plan to ensure a structured and methodical approach.

• Establishment of a complete requirements catalog for a comprehensive and detailed view of project needs.

• Creation of a requirements traceability matrix to ensure transparent and efficient management of links between different requirements.

• Establishment of a requirements validation status to closely monitor the progress and compliance of requirements throughout the project.

• Rigorous monitoring of requirements compliance to ensure the quality and relevance of final deliverables.

• Thorough documentation of identified issues and potential risks for proactive incident management.
