We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the Software Defined Networking (SDN) services.

This role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement of SDN services.

🔹 Your Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee end-to-end SDN service management ensuring stability, security & performance
✅ Act as the main interface between service providers, and operational teams
Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs & ITIL best practices
Lead incident, problem & change management for SDN services
✅ Collaborate with teams & vendors to align SDN services with business needs
Drive innovation, automation & cloud-aligned SDN service evolution

Pré-requis du poste

🔹 Your Profile

5+ years’ experience in IT Service Management with a focus on networking & SDN
✔ Strong knowledge of ITIL, enterprise networking & SDN solutions (Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, OpenStack, etc.)
✔ Understanding of hybrid & multi-cloud SDN is a plus
✔ Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Fluent in English (French or other EU languages are a plus)
