As a BA, you will work on a strategic project for automating KYC/AML reviews, integrating robotics, artificial intelligence, OCR, and process optimization (Lean Six Sigma).
You will also support the team in the run, application maintenance, and functional analysis of new robotic use cases.

🎯 Your missions

📌 Project side

• Collect and analyze business needs, write Requirement Documents.

• Ensure the consistency of developments with operational processes.

• Participate in test writing, functional testing, and change management.

• Support IT teams in technical analysis and RPA/AI developments.

• Produce associated documentation and reporting.

📌 Application support side

• Ensure functional support for business applications.

• Manage and monitor corrective and evolutionary maintenance requests.

• Reproduce, analyze, document, and resolve incidents using knowledge bases, pre-production, or databases.

• Manage communication around application releases.

• Solid understanding of web applications, web services, and inter-application flows.

• Mastery of AML/KYC processes, ideally in Luxembourgish insurance.

• Experience in automation (RPA, Lean, OCR), test writing, change management.

• Experience in AI or OCR projects is a significant plus.

• Customer orientation, documentary rigor, exemplary confidentiality.
