đ Join the Datalab as an AI Functional Expert!
Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and its concrete application in the banking sector? Do you have a solid experience in business analysis and want to play a key role in defining, framing, and validating innovative AI models? This position is for you!
At the heart of the Datalab, you will work on the entire AI portfolio to:
Support business units in ideation and gathering of needs
Facilitate co-construction workshops
Define business KPIs and high-impact MVPs
Structure and maintain AI backlogs
Participate in data collection, testing, and solution validation
Document models and design feedback loops
Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts (Data Scientists, IT, Business)
Job requirements
đŻ Profile:
Confirmed experience in business analysis in the banking sector
Good knowledge of AI challenges and regulatory constraints
Mastery of Lean methods and office tools
Ability to rally and facilitate workshops
Over 3 years of experience in the field, and Minimum 8 years of professional experience
