✨ We Are Hiring: Business Change Manager – Transfer Agency (BCM TA) ✨

Are you passionate about driving change, optimizing processes, and contributing to strategic transformation within Transfer Agency operations?

Our client is looking for a Business Change Manager (BCM TA) with strong TA expertise and the ability to support complex functional and technical initiatives.

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

As a BCM TA, you will support major business and onboarding projects, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with operational needs:

  • Analyse project requirements and formalize them into Project Initiation Documentation (PID).

  • Participate in solution design and contribute functional expertise.

  • Test new functionalities, monitor changes, and support validation phases.

  • Analyse and test new connectivity and SWIFT-related integrations.

  • Oversee project-related changes, including reporting and impact assessment.

  • Conduct trailer fees analysis and testing.

  • Provide strong expertise on FA applications, especially Multifonds TA and related satellites.

  • Prepare documentation and ensure readiness for production rollout.

Job requirements

📌 Expected Deliverables

  • Support business teams and onboarding activities.

  • Assist BA teams with analysis, testing, and validation.

  • Deliver training sessions for impacted stakeholders.

  • Evaluate risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Produce user guides, training material, and updates for the knowledge database.

🧩 Required Skills & Experience

  • Solid operational knowledge of Transfer Agency processes, including E2E workflows and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of TA norms and standards: SFTP & SWIFT connectivity, KPIs, reporting structures.

  • Mastery of Multifonds TA, SWIFT, SFTP, reconciliations, trailer fees, NSCC processes.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Change Manager in TA.

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
